God bless America, land that I love. We are one nation under God, or are we? No law can ever be higher then God's law yet our own Constitution is just that, above God's law, and it is upheld by the US Supreme Court -- God's will must take back seat to the US Constitution. The First Amendment guarantees you the right to violate the will of God and the United States of America will support you all the way to the Supreme Court. Amendment I
Congress can not stop anyone from practicing Islam, Judaism or many other countless religions that simply deny Jesus Christ His rightful recognition, that He is the Son of God -- the Word made flesh! This very assertion in the first amendment is clear -- we can not be one nation under God as long as blasphemy is sanctioned by the United States Constitution. Can we force anyone to come to Jesus, of course not, scripture is clear -- "...no man cometh unto the Father but by me." Changing the Constitution is quite an undertaking and recently a momentum to change the Constitution defining marriage as one man and one woman was voted down. And changing the Constitution to officially recognize Jesus Christ as our Supreme Lord would invalidate the First Amendment, so can we still remain one nation under God?
NO!
What can we do? Remember Noah, Abraham, Lot, Daniel, the prophets, and of course Jesus Christ -- they all did the will of God regardless of what was happening around them, or what the government did. Lot sat at the gates of Sodom and many scholars believe this means Lot was involved in the local government. Yet he alone kept his faith in the Lord God and was spared when God sent judgment upon Sodom and Gomorrah. Clearly we must all keep our faith in Jesus despite what our government does and will do, this faith will save us. God's wrath will come, but not before the false prophet and anti-christ come and deceive many, and they are coming very soon. They will deceive many because God will send a strong delusion to those who do not have the love of God in their hearts, the faith of Jesus Christ -- you can't rely upon the government to make us one nation under God. Instead, we must be one person, who alone stands or falls before God, we must keep our faith in Jesus, and not the United Sates Government. We are not one nation under God -- God's will shall always be done, even though it may not be apparent to us, scripture is clear -- Believers are one in the body of Christ. America is not united under God and the Constitution makes that possible, to be a divided nation, shunning God and relying on our own selves to survive on Satan's playground -- we all know what happened to Israel every time she shunned God. The Bible is very clear as to what happens when Israel turned from God to themselves and/or false gods and idols. God raised their enemy to punish and destroy Israel. The same will hold true for the United States as the false prophet deceives millions, only God can save us but we kicked Him out a long, very long time ago. So believers alone must keep their faith in Jesus, call upon the name of the Lord. You alone must keep your faith in Jesus no matter what is happening around you. No politician can serve God and their constituents, it is impossible! You however must serve God and keep your faith as the world prepares for the arrival of the false prophet -- put on the full armor of God! Know God's truth, love your brother, call upon God. We are all one in the body of Christ, this transcends borders, color, and nationalities, we are all His children. It is more accurate to say that we are one nation, under one government, with many who put God first. Unfortunately we are diminishing in numbers and since there will be no rapture, we need to be ready for the times ahead. One nation under one devil. Your brother in Christ
