Why would God Himself send a 'strong delusion' upon the earth if Jesus were to whisk everyone away? There would be no reason to do so because only non-believing people would be left on earth. Some will tell you that after the rapture people will turn to God and remain but I tell you that God is all powerful and nobody can fight the delusion that God will send. He sends it because the people who are caught under the spell do not have the love of God in their heart so God causes them to believe the lies of the false prophet and anti-christ. But the elect will not suffer the delusion because God has said He would spare us from the temptation of the world, and for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened. This is why the anti-christ has power over the saints, because they will not believe the lies, they will not take the mark, unless they flee from society they will surely die. For they will not be able to buy or sell without the mark of the beast. The rulers of the 10 nations will see to it that all get the mark or no food! no work! no credit! no car! no house!. Which of the Israelites were whisked away in Egypt when the great plagues were cursed upon Egypt? Yet the Jews were non harmed. Which of the first male born of the Jews were killed that night? None! Because they were warned ahead of time to put the blood of the lamb on their doors. Yet they remained, just as Noah remained when God flooded the world. Did not Ezekiel and other prophets also suffer when they brought drought and famine upon Israel as punishment? The Bible mentions that two are in the field and one is taken and many will tell you this clearly points to a rapture. The truth is that this refers to the return of Jesus; when He returns the sinners will be removed from this world. The angel will thrust his sharp sickle into the world for the harvest is ripe. And the wicked will be cast into the wine press of God; Jesus and His saints will destroy the wicked. The Bible also mentions that the tares will first be plucked from the earth before the wheat. We know that Jesus will live one thousand (1,000) years before Satan is loosed from the pit. Jesus will live with His faithful disciples because the sinners have already been removed from the world as spoken of in the Bible. Those who have survived the reign of the anti-christ will live on earth with Jesus. You may read or hear that just because 'rapture' is not in the Bible that it won't happen. But I will tell you a truth that is in the Bible. When Jesus returns He will destroy the anti-christ and false prophet with the brightness of His return; it will be judgment day for the anti-christ and his followers; this is in the Bible! And we know this because the Bible tells us that Jesus will not return until AFTER the son of perdition has declared himself God. This means that the false prophet must first come, suffer a head wound and pave the way for the anti-christ. The anti-christ will force all to worship the false prophet and make an image of the false prophet that can speak. All will be forced to wear the mark in order to buy or sell, to have a car, to have credit, to have a house. 2Th 2:1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, 2Th 2:2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. 2Th 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 2Th 2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshiped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God. Moreover the Bible is very specific about the return of Jesus and the 1,000 year reign on earth, read the following from the Bible: *Rev 20:4* And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshiped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. Rev 20:5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. Rev 20:6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years. If the love of God is in your heart then these words speak a clearly resounding truth -- the followers of Jesus will suffer and die because the anti-christ will have power over them. They will not denounce Him and they will refuse to take the mark of the beast. Their family and friends will apply pressure to accept the mark, they will make valid arguments because they believe the lies of the devil and God has caused them to blindly accept these lies. But not the elect, they will die because they know salvation comes at the end, on the last day. Please do not follow the 'Left Behind' series or 'Rapture Ready' web sites or the teachings of the mainstream churches such as Roman Catholicism, Lutherans, Presbyterians, Episcopalians, Seventh Day Advents, Mormons, Judaism, Islam -- especially Islam, or any other doctrine that was not preached by Jesus or the Apostles. Do not believe anyone that tells you to look up, because the rapture draws near. We are to look up during the tribulation because our faith drives us to. Knowing that one day in the midst of all our sorrows the Lord will return and the world will see the brightness of His coming. And the wicked shall be removed and the elect shall see with their eye the punishment of the wicked. My brothers and sisters your very salvation may rely upon this, know God's truth and His Word. Do not be deceived. If you are hoping for a rapture then the devil already has his teeth in you and you will surely be let down when you find yourself not agreeing with what the false prophet is teaching, and his ten kings are enforcing. That is you must accept the mark. If you do not you will die. However, if you prepare, just as Noah and the Jews of Egypt did then you may be able to flee because you see the rise of the false prophet.
