Human Civil Liberties -- granted by God and not of men.

The ACLU's momentum of late appears to be an attempt to eradicate God, His worship, and His laws, completely from our society.  This of course is done in the name of liberty, and the God given right that no man shall be subjugated by another.  Yet those who follow Jesus and love God will never acknowledge anything other then His supreme power and wisdom.  There is no accepting what God has said is wrong; it can not be made to perverse our society nor can disciples of Christ be forced to accept the view of the ACLU.  The dichotomy between your pursuit, and the right of God fearing people to worship, is of course, subjugating the very people you oppose.

Of course the ACLU will argue that a person who does not believe in God should not be forced to accept God; this is a true statement as only those who are called by God come to Him.  Yet the Constitution simply states that congress shall pass no law respecting a religion, an over site on the part of the framers, but none-the-less, it does not deny God nor His Supremacy. Next the ACLU will argue that government should not endorse a 'religion' since one religion may offend another and government is for all, not just a certain sect of society.  This is where the logic in the ACLU begins to breakdown and cause the erroneous statements that have been made in the past.  Yet let us remember what the first amendment is stating:

Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise therof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Unfortunately for us, the framers of the Constitution were very conspicuous when they failed to mention any reference to God.  None-the-less, they included the ninth Amendment soon after the war with England was over.

The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Also, with the other nine amendments, the tenth amendment was ratified at the same time:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

This is a no-brainer!  The people shall be free, and this includes the right to worship and acknowledge God, and His Son, Jesus Christ -- the Messiah!  Just as a muslim or atheist is entitled to their belief, so too, a disciple of Jesus Christ is also entitled to their belief.   The difference is that a muslim or atheist did not found this country, nor do they have the same principles as God fearing persons.  Mainly they deny that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.

God is the creator of all, heaven and earth -- each and every one of us.  All knees will bow to God and His Son Jesus, whether in this world or on judgment day, all knees will bow to Him.  The attempt by the ACLU to remove His worship is blasphemy, and of course all of the lawyers, and every person at the ACLU will ultimately bow their knee to God -- better to do it here then on judgment day.

Specifically, the ACLU is meddling where it has no legal authority, and the judges it intimidates are also overstepping their bounds when they rule in favor of the ACLU. The ACLU has no, none, NOT ONE LETTER of constitutional authority to force any judge, person, or government agency to remove references to God, including, but not limited to a display of the Ten Commandments, Psalms, references to the Word of God through scripture or any other mention of God in a publicly funded arena.  

Or maybe nobody at the ACLU believes in God, and therefore a bunch of atheists/agnostics are simply trying to coerce the entire American population.  Maybe some at the ACLU have heard of God and even attend a church, and in that case they would be guilty of hypocricy at best, a blasphemer at worst.   The ACLU simply has no authority to do what it does.  

I ask that all who work for the ACLU reconsider their assault on the civil liberties of honest, hard working, God fearing Americans, and instead focus on more important issues.  Issues such as eradicating homosexuality, abortion, pornography and the apostasy that is so abundant today.  Or do Christians have no civil rights?
